From a quite helpful initial consultation to see if each group is right for each other, to questionnaires designed to sure they know what you want (or also, in our case, what to even think about for potential photos!). They will even go beyond simply planning photos and ask if there are day-of things they can help with to make your wedding as stress free as possible. Did I mention the beautifully-presented detail write-ups for schedules and planning? Again, attention to detail and care. They’re passionate about their work and making you feel comfortable, and it shows.
Working with Whitney and Casey provides the best mix of photos to remember the day. They each have their own styles and creative ideas, and shoot both film and digital. This gives you many different images that each provide fun ways of capturing the day’s moments, both big and small. New favorites pop up every time we go through our photos.
We had a bit of a non-traditional wedding. Brief, small pop-up ceremony on the Mall with a larger reception later. Whitney and Casey were so great with our desired low-key vibes throughout and captured some fantastic images of my wife and I with peak-bloom cherry blossoms as backdrop. Neither of us are the most gung-ho for photos—and we were a bit nervous about everything running smoothly given our ad-hoc ceremony–but in no time Whitney and Casey had us laughing and enjoying the moment! They even incorporated some special requests we made for dedicated shots of friends who had recently gotten engaged.
It’s easy to find a photographer and get some photos. It’s harder to find folks who care about their craft, do good work, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Seriously consider Whitney and Casey. They’re worth it.

ABOUT THIS FABULOUS DUO?!
Aside from going to college with Whitney, I had always envisioned having her photograph my wedding. Whitney and her sister Casey are such positive beams of light. They are professional and silly at the same time. They truly can make any awkward pose look amazing in photographs. They bring amazing energy and are wonderful HYPE WOMEN! My husband and I are blown away by the photographs from our wedding. Whitney & Casey captured our retro vibe, with some mood. All of the colors in our photographs are so vibrant, despite being in the middle of rain from a hurricane. They are top notch professionals and know how to style any scene, and flat lays with pieces that are so important to us. They have unbelievable personalities and are so amazing with wrangling the rowdy groomsmen in. They captured everything that we asked for and we could not be happier with the results of our wedding day. The sisters are so organized and so good at nailing down your vibe from your inspo pictures that you send them. We met with them a few times throughout and the timeline we created was perfect for the day! I HIGHLY recommend working with these fabulous women to capture your wedding day or special event. I hired these amazing ladies to be my wedding photographers (before I knew I would be having a COVID wedding) and they absolutely killed it! They were responsive to my messages and were so nice about the constant changes to when/where the wedding was happening. When I hired them, we had a meeting where they discussed with my husband and I what kind of vibe we are looking for and even help with ideas for photos. They showed up on time day of and even brought a film camera to take some pictures. Whitney and Casey felt like part of the family throughout the day! My guest all though it was super cool. Sometimes getting pictures can feel awkward but not with the Cole sisters! They had a plan and it made getting all the pictures I wanted really effortless. A day or two after the wedding, a couple preview pictures were sent to us and I DIED!! They were exactly what I talked about when I discussed with them what I wanted out of wedding photos. The turn around time to receive the rest of the pictures was about a month and it was absolutely worth the wait. There wasn’t a bad picture to be found, They truly captured the day. Even after all that, Whitney and Casey sent a really sweet letter with some prints of our photos.

Really enjoyed spending time with them during the engagement shoot. They took beautiful photos that will help us remember our special day forever.
